4×3 Ozeri Pedometer

When Ozeri contacted me about doing a review of the new 4×3 motion Digital Pedometer, I took it as a sign.  Since baby #4 was born in August, my behind is slower to move than I’d like to admit.  Sure, I get on the treadmill, but the pace and duration is slightly embarrass to admit to.  So, with this pedometer coming my way, I knew it was time to step it up, *pun intended.

The package arrived and it’s literally less than 4 inches tall, this box is simple and the pedometer inside the clear plastic box looks almost like a tiny MP3 player, it’s so sleek!  The package reads “The 4×3 Motion is the ultimate performance pedometer”.  Ultimate?  Superb!  Go big or go home with my new gadget!

In the transparent box you get your

Ozeri black pedometer (which weighs less than 1 lb),

• Neck Strap,
• Mini Phillips screwdriver (to change the LITHIUM CR2032 batteries when needed),
• Instruction leaflet.

I recall in the early 2000’s having one of those dinky clip on pedometers while I was teaching.  It was clunky and goofy looking and easily restarted itself.  Our relationship was short lived.  This pedometer nicely clicks around your neck, a bag, your belt, etc, is so lightweight you don’t know it’s there, and gives you a ton of information right on the face.  Basically, because of the Tri-Axis technology you can clip it anywhere and still get an accurate reading.

Due to the new Ozeri 4×3 Tri-Axis technology, regardless of the position the pedometer is in, the reading is accurate!  It will only start to count when it detects continuous steps for greater accuracy.

My favorite feature is the split screen data.  I also really like the backlight, but that’s not my most favorite thing about the Ozeri pedometer.  The split screen is great because without touching anything you can display multi-data views on one screen.  Oh wait, I also appreciate that my Ozeri Product comes with a full warranty, so if at any time in the future I need product support, just contact the Ozeri Support Team at support@ozeri.com!
