Kmart’s Fab 15 is a Great Place to Find the Perfect Gift!

I hadn’t been to Kmart in a while, but I was surprised and excited to discover the Kmart Fab 15 List. The Fab 15 List consists of top gift picks for kids of all ages this holiday season. You can find the complete list HERE. The list includes toys from many popular brands such Disney’s Frozen, Star Wars, LEGO®, Barbie™ and NERF® alongside Kmart exclusive toys such as Holiday Barbie (which happened to be a consistent favorite of mine when I was a kid). Perhaps most excitingly, you can be entered to win all of the highly rated Fab 15 toys by purchasing just one.

If you, the grandparents, aunts, uncles, or friends are looking for great ideas to surprise your little one, Kmart’s Fab 15 is a great place to find the perfect gift. My son’s great-grandmother is making her first foray into online shopping this season, and as a former library tech who helped seniors learn to use the internet, I know the daunting number of options and ways to search on sites like Amazon can be intimidating for a beginning computer user. The Kmart site makes everything simpler. On the Kmart website you can easily limit your search by featured character, type of toy, or brand using the sidebar. You can also search by age by clicking on the appropriate tile. Also, you get free shipping on orders over $35! Of course, you can also shop in-store if one is convenient to your location.

Kmart has been selling a wide variety of kids’ toys for over 50 years, but they have recently stepped up their game by developing a Toy Advisory Board of real kids to make sure they are featuring toys today’s kids really want. I personally am looking for gifts not just for my four month old son but for my nieces, nephew, and cousins who range from three months through high school age. Because I only have experience with my very young child, I find the age range included in the Fab 15 and on the Kmart Toys web page extremely helpful. It’s nice to know actual kids tested the toys to make sure only the most fun ones made the Fab 15.

My little guy is too young to tell me outright what he wants for his first Christmas, but we found so many options we liked such as the Fisher Price Poppity Pop Musical Dino and the Kmart Exclusive Fisher Price Bilingual Learning Lion. For our Disney’s Frozen loving nieces and cousins, the Fab 15 has an adorable Sing-Along Elsa. It is a great interactive option as it comes with a microphone so the kids in your life can feel like the rockstars they are as they sing with Elsa.

Perhaps the coolest thing about using the Fab 15 as your holiday shopping guide this season is that if you buy just one Fab 15 toy and fill out a short survey, you are eligible to win ALL 15 of the toys through the sweepstakes. Be sure to take the opportunity when you buy an item from the Fab 15! There is definitely something to suit every kid in your life.

I can’t wait for my first Christmas as a mama, and even though I doubt my four month old will get what in the world is going on, it will be so much fun to watch him enjoying new, age-appropriate toys that have been kid-tested. Be sure to check out the Fab 15 Toys and Toybook! I’m glad I did, and it will be a ton of fun to watch all the kids in my life enjoying their surprises.
