Preschool Preview Day – Thursday, April 24, 2014

Looking for the perfect preschool? See firsthand how powerful learning through the arts can be at Darlington Arts Center’s Preschool Preview Day on Thursday, April 24 from 10:30am – 11:30am. Can’t make the Preview day? Open House is every Thursday & Friday from 10:00am – noon.

Darlington’s arts-integrated preschool program is based uniquely in “Learning Through the Arts.” Emphasizing creativity, imagination, exploration, and active participation, the program helps students develop critical comprehension and memory skills through music, art, dance, and drama. Students benefit from multi-week units of core curriculum developed by a certified teacher, traditional preschool activities including circle time and outdoor play, high-quality arts-based learning activities with professional Teaching Artists, and learning responsibility and cooperation by working with peers.
