Their Combat Hapkido program is based on scientific principles. While taught to military and law enforcement, it is suited for men and women of all ages, strengths, and sizes. Athletic ability or prior experience is not essential. Anyone can learn it, and most everyone should.  The 10 of us who tested it out are proof!  In an hour and a half we gained the knowledge and confidence we had sought, though hope to never use.
