I served the Sweet Potato Oatmeal Raisin and the Chocolate Orange Beet cookies to my cherubs for dessert one night. They loved the adorable alphabet shape of the cookies, my toddler liked that they were crunchy yet very easy for him to chew, and all 4 wants MORE MORE MORE! After they devoured their cookies, I slammed them with the facts. “Hey guys, you just ate a HEALTHY cookie!”
