SR&A Elementary Art Group for Girls

Expressive art therapy offers children a creative environment where they can form supportive connections, manage stress and gain an overall sense of well being. In this non-threatening therapeutic environment the universal language of art helps foster emotional resilience, behavioral changes, and a new capacity for self-reflection and growth.

Group members will learn to:

• Manage stress, anxiety, and moods

• Express themselves assertively and healthfully

• Increase their self-esteem

• Better manage peer relationship

• Cope with transition

• Cope with divorce or family changes

• Develop social skills

• Express feelings

6 sessions: Saturdays from 9:00 am- 10:00 am

October 17th thru November 21st

Cost: $50.00 per session ($300 total)

Pay in full at first session and save $25.00
