SR&A Announces Winter 2014 Groups

Shelby Riley, LMFT and Associates is offering three groups for Winter 2014:

Emerging Women is a weekly group that will offer information, support and connection for women as they transition through challenging times. The group focus is on empowerment, education, and healing within a supportive community that is guided by the clear principles of confidentiality, respect, and trust.

We welcome women transitioning thru:

• Divorce/ Separation
• Relationship Changes
• Trauma
• Career Changes
• Empty Nest
• Grief and Loss
• Depression/ Anxiety

This dynamic process provides participants the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of their resilience and the new life they are building.

6 Sessions: Tuesday or Wednesday evening from 7:00- 8:15 pm

Starting: February 4^th thru March 11th, 2014

Cost: $50.00 per session ($300 total)

Expressive Art Therapy for Girls, led by Hope Nichols, LMFT, offers children a creative environment where they can form supportive connections, manage stress and gain an overall sense of well-being. In this non-threatening therapeutic environment the universal language of art helps foster emotional resilience, behavioral changes, and a new capacity for self-reflection and growth.

Group members will learn to:

•          Express themselves assertively and healthfully

•          Increase their self-esteem

•          Better manage peer relationships and develop social skills

•          Cope with divorce or family changes

6 sessions: Wednesdays from 5:00 pm- 6pm
