Information on The Downingtown Area School District’s Preschool Parent/Child Group (FREE Program)

The Downingtown Area School District’s Preschool Parent/Child Group is a free program for preschool-aged children and their parents who live in the district.  The 7 scheduled sessions for children offer many fun and exciting activities that will introduce them to our schools and prepare them for kindergarten.

The 7 sessions for parents consist of current educational topics and conversations led by our district professionals and other educational experts.

Our goal is to help parents prepare their children for school, introduce them to our school district, and help young families in our district make connections with other families. You and your child can attend any event that interests you – there’s no obligation.

Free childcare (for children 3 and up) will be provided by DASD middle and high school students.
