This Week at Costco: $2.00 off Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast!

Did you know that October is National Pork Month? No? Me neither! But, now I do. And, in honor of this occasion, Costco is offering specials on various pork cuts all month long. This week, from October 10 to October 16, Costco is offering $2.00 off a package of Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast. An intensely flavorful pork cut available only through Costco, the sirloin tip roast is ideal for feeding a crowd for less.

I will be headed to Costco tomorrow to pick up our Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast as well as some ingredients I need to make it!
