Car Seat Safety Checks

WHEN: Saturday, September 25, 2010

WHERE: Elmwood Park Zoo

Make sure your child’s car seat is properly installed by signing up for a free car seat check. On Saturday, September 25, 2010, safety technicians from the Kohl’s Injury Prevention Program at Children’s Hospital will visit the zoo to teach parents how to properly install child safety seats and properly secure your children in a safety seat. The Kohl’s Mobile Safety Center Van will also be on hand to sell child safety products similar to those available in the Safety Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

The car seat check is free of charge but you must make an appointment by calling 610.278.5119. Click here for more information about the Kohl’s Injury Prevention Program and car seat checks.
