Happy 40th Birthday Sesame Street!
Yesterday, Sesame Street celebrated it's 40th Birthday with the premier of a new season of educational fun. We are a Sesame Street family and watched today with excitement. I can remember watching Sesame Street growing up and the ideal of a community where people of all backgrounds live and work together is exactly the type of message that I am happy to pass along to my children.
The 40th season of Sesame Street will put an emphasis on nature education, the environment and "green" issues. Special guests this season will include Michelle Obama, Jason Mraz, Adam Sandler, Jimmy Fallon and Kobe Bryant, just to name a few.
