So I was online...playing on Facebook(FB),(one of my favorite things to do) when an instant chat popped up from a mom on the ChescoMoms friend list. She was a newer friend.. one that I have never exchanged an email or comment with. She said... "hi". I said "hi". She said " So.. your actually a real person?" I said "yep, I'm a real person" then we went back and forth, had a nice conversation and I am pretty sure she knows I am a real person now not a robot.. After we said our good-byes, I thought about it. If you are new to this site or to the ChescoMoms FB page you probably have no idea who is behind the scenes at Chester County Moms.com (CCM).

Well, it is me (Sarah)... and sometimes Shannon and sometimes Nicole. We all log on several times throughout the day/week updating this site as well as the Chesco Moms Twitter & Facebook pages.

Frequently Asked Questions
#1 - "Your status updates change all day long. Are you online all day?"
No. We schedule updates in advance and have enough people contributing that we (the editors)take turns logging in throughout the day to make sure everything is updating correctly and to post timely information. We also all are attached to smart phones and have mastered making updates on the go... not while driving though! I am a big supporter of no texting while driving!

#2 - "The community calendar is full of great information. Do you do all of the research for events yourself?"
No, but when this site was first launched in 2007 I did. Thankfully we have an amazing community of readers and receive dozens of emails a week with information about great events. So if you have an event that you would like to share.. Email me! sarah@chestercountymoms.com

#3- "Are you looking for additional contributors?"
If you would like to join our fun team- email us. We are always looking for family friendly contributors. Are you crafty? Do you have a great recipe that you would like to share? Do you like to travel and have great travel tips? Are you a gardener? a decorator? Have you mastered potty training in record time? Do you own a local business? New moms, toddler moms, moms of multiples, moms of teens, empty nesters... we want to hear from you and so do the other moms in Chester County. Click here for contact information. # 5 - "Can I donate a giveaway/gift certificate for my business?"
Our Giveaways are currently booked throughout November. Please email formore information and scheduling availability. As we get closer to the holidays there are some weeks we can schedule multiple giveaways. Please note that we only will promote items that we feel are a fit for Chester County Moms.com.

#6 - "I entered a contest on CCM. Do you share information with third parties?"
NO! Your information remains in our secured database.We do not sell or exchange information with third parties. The only exchange of information we will do is giving the company that hosted the giveaway the name of the winner so a prize can be claimed/shipped.
