West Chester, Pennsylvania: Goshen Friends School, located at 814 N. Chester Road in West Chester, invites the community to join them on the grounds of the school’s 10-acre campus for its annual Harvest Fair on Saturday, October 15, from noon to 3 p.m. The event has been rescheduled from its original date of Oct. 1 because of inclement weather.
“The Harvest Fair is an annual tradition at Goshen Friends, and a great opportunity for prospective families to get a sense of our community,” said Mimi Ackers, director of admissions. “Visiting parents and children can meet teachers, visit classrooms, play on our unique playgrounds and join in the many fun activities on campus that day.”
Kids of all ages can jump in the moonbounce, take a pony ride from noon to 2 p.m., enjoy the sounds of Makin’ Music, get crafty at several activity stations and be amazed by a magic show! All activities, food and beverages are free.
As part of the event, families can also meet Goshen Friends’ preschool and lower school teachers and tour classrooms.
Those who are interested in attending are encouraged (but not required) to register for the event at this link.
