In addition to coming back for my recipe (and all of the recipes that my fellow bloggers will share!), be sure to also check out Costco’s “In the Warehouse” which provides delicious recipes and many useful tips for cooking each week’s featured cut of pork.
Did you know that October is National Pork Month? No? Me neither! But, now I do. And, in honor of this occasion, Costco is offering specials on various pork cuts all month long. This week, from October 10 to October 16, Costco is offering $2.00 off a package of Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast. An intensely flavorful pork cut available only through Costco, the sirloin tip roast is ideal for feeding a crowd for less.
I will be headed to Costco tomorrow to pick up our Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast as well as some ingredients I need to make it! Later this week I will be featuring my very own Crockpot recipe for the Pork Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast as part of a campaign that I am participating in with 47 other bloggers nationally. As part of that post with my recipe, I will also be offering a giveaway for $25 Costco Cash, so be sure to come back and check out my easy-peasy Crockpot recipe and enter to win some Costco Cash!
So, get out to Costco and pick up some Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast this week while it’s at such a great price. Then tuck it in your freezer and come back here later this week to check out my yummy Crockpot recipe to prepare it with and enter to win $25 in Costco Cash for yourself!
I look forward to cooking together!
