I decided that if I was going to enjoy pancakes, I might as well beef them up with good-for-you stuff. So, for the past year or so, we’ve been fortifying our pancakes with all sorts of nutritious things. It makes me feel better that we are adding nutrients to our diets. These pancakes also keep you fuller for longer. And…it takes away the guilt.
