All dogs three months of age or older living in Pennsylvania, must have a Pennsylvania dog license. Dog licenses are issued by the County Treasurer. The county treasurer shall be an agent and shall process applications for dog license certificates and issue dog license certificates and tags.
Chester County is working with padoglicense.com to offer more convenient options for purchasing your 2011 dog license. In addition to mailing your application, stopping into the County Treasury Office, or visiting an Outside Agents ( Chester County SPCA) , you can now purchase your dog’s license from home with a Credit Card or eCheck. When you purchase online, you can print your license instantly and the tag will be mailed to you from our office.
Click here to get licensed online or stop by the CCSPCA. I stopped by the CCSPCA today to pick up my new license for “Big Doggie” and I was in and out, license in hand in a matter of minutes.
