An Insiders Guide to The King of Prussia Mall during the Holidays

November 20, 2009 By Sarah F. Leave a Comment

This holiday, shoppers are not only making their lists but checking it once, twice, sometimes even three times to ensure they’re buying the perfect gift at the perfect price. In order to accommodate these strategic shoppers, King of Prussia Mall has introduced several new holiday conveniences that will help shoppers not only find the perfect gift but navigate more easily through the Mall and ultimately help provide a stress free holiday shopping experience.

Online Planning Tools & Resources:

Trip Planner
King of Prussia Mall has created an interactive “Trip Planner” widget to help shoppers plan
and map out the stores they’d like to visit based on their shopping and gift-giving needs.
The application is easy-to-use and it gives you three ways in which to plan your trip.
Shoppers simply enter basic information (who they’re buying for, what type of gifts they’re
searching for, which stores they’d like to visit) and the Mall will select a store itinerary
tailored to their holiday list. The King of Prussia Mall Trip Planner will also include:
information on where to park, where to start shopping, store specials and will even suggest
places to eat. The Planner also provides detailed driving directions on how to get to the Mall.

King of Prussia Mall Social Media Channels
This holiday the Mall will be releasing real-time holiday information to keep shoppers in the

2009 King of Prussia Gift Guide (kingofprussiamall.com)
Centered on our desire to give the perfect gift, King of Prussia encourages shoppers to
“think inside the box” this holiday season. Everyone you know has a unique style, quirk or
habit. Visit the holiday section of the King of Prussia Mall website to get great gift ideas, no matter what your budget. Additionally, visitors can browse store sales, stay current with the hottest holiday must-haves, and read all holiday info like Santa and Mall hours.

Free Wi-Fi Program
King of Prussia Mall shoppers will now be able to access the Internet through King of
Prussia’s free Wi-Fi services, available in any location throughout the Mall. This offering will
be implemented the week of Black Friday and will continue indefinitely.

Holiday Courtesy Shuttle
Once again, the King of Prussia Mall will provide its shoppers with a courtesy, holiday
shuttle. Beginning Friday, November 27, 2009, the shuttle will run every Saturday and
Sunday for one month. For additional convenience, the shuttle will also provide service the
entire week of the Christmas holiday: December 21 – December 27. The shuttle has pickup
and drop-off locations throughout the mall and runs every twenty minutes, to make
visiting all of the 400+ retailers easier. To get specific drop off and pick up locations for the
shuttle, please visit http://www.kingofprussiamall.com/.

Valet Services
Beginning Black Friday, King of Prussia Mall will offer valet parking for a nominal fee, $6.
Interested shoppers can valet their cars at four locations: Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor,
Cheesecake Factory and T.G.I.Friday’s. Upon check-in, customers will be given a business
card that will provide a phone number to call when they are ready to leave the Mall.
Customers can pick-up their car at any of the four locations. Neiman Marcus will continue
their valet services as well.

King of Prussia Gift Cards
Just in time for the holidays, King of Prussia Mall has launched a brand new gift card that
has no fees after purchase. Unlike other gift cards in the market, the King of Prussia Mall
gift card has no monthly fees, no expiration of funds and no lost value, which means what
you give is what your recipient gets. Customers can purchase gift cards online at
www.kingofprussiamall.com or at the Customer Service Centers inside the King of Prussia
Mall.
